The applicant should read the guidelines for the CFDM bursaries before completing and submitting this form.
The applicant should attach supporting documents listed in the guidelines in a single pdf file.
Applicant’s supervisor should separately send a letter of reference not exceeding a length of one page that includes comments on the involvement of the student in the research described in the abstract as well as the student’s potential as a future research professional. The letter should be submitted electronically before the application deadline to Dr. Zygmunt J. Jakubek, Chairman of CFDM at the following e-mail address: Zygmunt.Jakubek@nrc.ca.

The application deadline for the annual CFDM bursary competition is April 1^st.

In all cases, the bursary should be used within one year of the award.
