These documents go through the expectations and requirements of MSC-SMC Student Chapters in detail.
To start a MSC-SMC Student Chapter, please refer to our page on Active MSC-SMC Student Chapters and ensure your region currently does not have an active chapter. It is encouraged to get in contact with the MSC-SMC student email MSC.SMC.Students@gmail.com and cc’ the current MSC-SMC Student Representative by email (currently served by Caleb Whittier, whittiec@mcmaster.ca) about your plan to start a new MSC-SMC Student Chapter and the region that would be represented. Finally, the MSC-SMC Student Chapter Startup Form and Financial Report Template must be filled out to get your chapter approved. For current MSC-SMC, please ensure that you submit the Yearly Renewal Form and associated Financial Report Template.
